Please print this page, write your child's name on top, and circle your class
choices. Use a separate form for each 8th - 12th grade student.
Students must have completed with understanding and with a passing grade the
prerequisite classes before applying for the next class.
These classes are subject to being closed if the minimum of 6 students required to
support the cost of the class have not enrolled by May 31, 2008. We will give
notification of any closures as quickly as possible.
All classes are Tutorials unless the word "Enrichment" follows the name.

In regards to Study Hall
We have made a place available each period for your student to study if
he or she does not have a class option from our schedule that will work for
them personally. Please only use the Study Hall as a last resort and take
advantage of the enrichment only classes that are being made available
if at all possible. Students who participate in Study Hall will need to be
prepared to study quietly during this time.
