2008-2009 Class Registration

In-house registration begins March 31, 2008 and Open registration begins April 28, 2008.  There
will be an Early Registration Fee of $30 per child through May 31, 2007; thereafter, it will be $40 per
child.  To register your student(s) for the 08-09 school year at BHSE, you will need to fill out the
appropriate forms and submit them in person (or by mail when classes end) with the applicable
Registration &
One-Time Class Fees.  You may obtain the proper forms on this website or you may
also come by the school any Monday that we are meeting through the end of the school year and we
will have registration tables set up.  On the day that you visit, please be sure to meet with our
Director briefly.  You will be contacted if further information is needed and also upon your child's
acceptance into the program (new students only).  
After May 19st paperwork, along with registration
and one-time class fees, can be mailed to 213 Sherry Circle, Gallatin, TN 37066 and an
appointment to meet our Director will be made for all new families.
 

Tuition Rates
All checks are due at registration or no later than Orientation.  
Checks are deposited on the 15th of each month from August to April.
(A total of 9 checks)

Pre-K to 7th Grade

Tuition - $55 every 4 weeks per student

*individual classes may have additional one-time fees for supplies.
**The school requests that one ream of copier paper be given to the school each semester for each student
enrolled.  The first will be collected on the first day of classes.


8th - 12th Grade Tuition and Tutorial Fees

Base Tuition   -   $60 per student every 4 weeks

Tutorial Fees   -   $15 per tutorial selection every 4 weeks

*individual classes may have additional one-time fees for supplies.
**Text books are listed in the course descriptions and are to be purchased by the parents unless otherwise
noted.

TUITION AND REGISTRATION POLICIES:

Returning Students
Fees and tuition from the previous year need to be paid to register for the next year.

New Applicants
References are required for all new students 4th grade and up before your child can attend classes.  
Any applying student with previous behavior problems will not be accepted.  Click here to read

Both returning and new students
The registration fee must be paid at the time of registration.  This fee is non-refundable.  (The
registration fee must be paid before your child's spot is officially held for the coming year)

Base Tuition Payment Policy
Nine tuition checks in the form of 4-week payments for the entire school year will be collected NO
LATER THAN AUGUST 8, 2008
(Family Orientation Night).  You may mail checks to Brenda over
the summer to P.O. Box 128, Pegram, TN 37143.   All checks will be deposited on the 15th of each
month.  An invoice reminder will be placed in your Family Folder one week before payment is due to
be deposited. If you need your check to be held until a specific date, give written notification to
Brenda Thurman when you receive your tuition deposit notification.  

Exit Policy
A written notice is required if a student is exiting the program.  4 weeks of tuition from the date of the
letter will be withheld and all other checks will be returned.  

Tutorial Fees Payment Policy
Nine tutorial checks will be collected separately for the entire year in 4-week payments upon
registration.  They are non-refundable and will be deposited on the 15th day of each month.

Tuition pays for church usage, custodial work, teacher’s salaries, and office expenses.  If tuition is
NOT paid by the first class of the 4 week period, your child(ren) cannot attend classes until tuition is
paid in full for that month.
