What is the difference in an "enrichment" class and a "tutorial" class?
Enrichment classes supplement the children's lessons at home. While a small amount of homework is
assigned occasionally, enrichment classes are simply designed to "enrich" the children's learning
experience.
Tutorial classes are designed to challenge high school students and assist them in meeting their goal of
achieving high school credit. Students meet for 1 1/2 to 2 hours each Monday attending lecture,
performing labs, and testing over assigned material. Instructors send suggested grades to the parents
once per quarter. The parent is ultimately responsible for grade assignment and records reporting.
