Enrollment Procedures 2017-18 Class Registration Summer Registration is still in progress! Go to bhsetn.lovemygroups.com and create a new family account. Make sure you choose the grades for your children that they are going to be in. Contact Janelle at bhsemail.gmail.com to set up your family interview if you are a new family to BHSE. After you have set up your family account and contacted Janelle, We will open registration to choose your classes. $150 registration fee

Please use the class selection worksheet to choose your first and second choices for each child. To choose your classes once you have access:

Log into bhsetn.lovemygroups.com using the account you created.
A red star that reads “choose classes now” will appear on the right side of the page when your class choice access is open. Click on the red star.
Your child(ren) will have choices available for each of the class periods. Click the yellow “click to pick choice” text.
Scroll through the names of the classes that are available to your child and click on the name of the class you choose. You may be asked for a second or third choice.
Choose all classes until each class period has a green indicator on the left hand side. **When you are choosing classes for a secondary student and a class runs for two or more sections, you'll have to pick a choice for the consecutive time period and select "no more class options are available" in the green section at the top.
Secondary students may choose no more than two periods of Practical Service. If you will be at the school, you must choose a class selection.
When your choices are complete, and there is a green indicator to the left of each line, click the “Complete Registration” button at the bottom.
Your classes will be verified when you receive a confirmation email from BHSE within 1-2 weeks of your selection. Fee and tuition information will be available on your family report (accessible at bhsetn.lovemygroups.com). How to Register:
Once you have chosen classes at bhsetn.lovemygroup.com, submit forms and the registration fees (deposited immediately)
Receive your invoice for class fees, book deposits & tuition
Submit all checks 1 week following receipt of your invoice
Class fees will be deposited July
Tuition Checks Deposited August 15th (monthly or annual)
Because we make plans for the following year based on enrollment, please understand that you are making a commitment to the classes for the entire year when you sign up. For this reason, checks are non‐refundable UNLESS the class is not taught. *No refund will be issued for students removed due to behavioral issues.
New families will be scheduled to meet with our Director for a brief interview. Please submit your references with your application.
You will be contacted if further information is needed and also upon your child’s acceptance into the program (new students only).
